TweetPolice arrested a Springfield Township woman accused of teaching her 2-year-old daughter to smoke pot.
Investigators said 21-year-old Jessica Gamble provided marijuana to the girl June 12 at their home in the 7400 block of Edgemont Road.
Video of the girl smoking marijuana was captured on Gamble's cell phone and provided to the Department of Jobs and Family Services.

It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching her 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint. There are just some people who should never have children
